This is another Dad report. So we are at the MiniGP MotoMini World series as Casper was #2 in the Dutch Series. First a disclaimer though, we had quite a lot of technical problems with the Motorcycle in this class, the Ohvale GP-2 190:

This also had to do that we spend our winter training riding on the Moto3 Moto4, instead of the GP2. We tried to make up for this as soon as the season started, but we had a lot of issues with the front suspension and our engine broke after 4 hours. It took us halfway the season to fix these issues and at the time we had problems with the back suspension and also had a NTC Northern Moto4 Cup wildcard to focus on. Which was the right priority as Casper had a terrific wildcard event. But this had the effect that the GP2 was not optimal. Casper still managed to become #2 in the championship, even though the engine had a major malfunction (it had false air in the last two races). So we didn't have an optimal setting to bring to the world series. So I (the dad) was not expecting much.
But at the last moment Alex from JRP Motorsport joined us to help us. JRP Racing helped us at the NTC wildcard so he offered to help us.

He's amazing and got the bike good enough to get to #4 in FP1. So Casper was right and he surprised us, let's see what else is possible.
The races are on Thursday 13th of November and the event is live streamed here:
